As the leader of your organization, who do you trust to question your answers?

The Unspoken Truth: Not every CEO needs a business coach or mentor – nor wants one.

However, most top-level leaders benefit greatly from a trusted, diverse group of peers and brilliant colleagues offering unbiased counsel, unconditional camaraderie, and powerful collaboration.

A strategically crafted CEO Sounding Board is more than just a group of problem-solvers, but a dynamic forum for vetting business opportunities, brainstorming alternate approaches and exploring a new generation of products, services, and delivery models.

We have one seat available.

Are you the right fit?

Our Sounding Board roundtable is comprised of committed leaders from non-competing industries, so we always only have one seat available — until we don’t. Once it is filled, that seat remains closed for 3 to 5 years. That’s why we don’t ever recruit. Instead, we evaluate prospects for fit, wisdom and commitment to the success of their company or organization.

Our next meeting will take place April 16th of 2024, at a coworking space in Denver, Colorado. Email info@DavidAvrin.com for more information, and to apply to join.

 Not a networking group!

Our leaders learn, but they also give, share, ideate and collaborate. We work together to

solve big issues, both professional and personal.

Who we are. What we believe. The Sounding Board Cultural Norms:

We are invested in each other’s success. We commit to being present, going deep and working hard in the service of our companies, our employees and those of our fellow group members.

We are committed to moral and ethical leadership. We do the right thing for the right reasons and hold each other accountable to do the same.

We prioritize compassionate candor. We say what we mean, and mean what we say without being mean when we say it.

We solve big problems. We know that time is our most precious resource and we spend it working on important, complex and impactful issues.

We celebrate our humanity and create a powerful space that celebrates and honors vulnerability, humility and fulfillment.

We are committed to being loving and present parents spouses and partners. We believe that success in business at the expense of our personal relationships is failure.
